In the middle of a full life, your inner voice often gets crowded out, not lost, just unheard.
I know, because this was me. In the middle of a disolving marriage, in the middle of raising six children, in the middle of everything, I picked up a journal because I didn't know what else to do and needed to find a way forward.
It became the place I finally heard myself again.
Journaling Circles
I won't pretend the last several years have been easy: divorce, leaving the faith I was raised in, learning to trust my own voice after years of not being allowed to hear it or use it.
Journaling was the thread that got me through it all. It didn't fix anything, but it became a witness to my inner thoughts. My journal held the front row seat in my re-becoming as I wrote to feel, to think through my pen, and to come back to myself one page at a time.
Now I hold journaling circles for women doing the same work, so you can hear your own voice as well.
Journaling Circles: Safe, guided spaces for deep self-exploration. Write for yourself in community.
Monthly Journaing Guides: Prompts to help you pause, listen, and reflect.
Let's begin.

Journaling Circles
Carving out time for journaling can be tough on your own. That's why I started the From a Whisper to a Roar Journaling Circle: a space where you don't have to find the time by yourself, you just have to show up.
Twice a month, we gather and write in silence together. I start with a little gentle movement, then silence. I provide a prompt or two, take them or leave them. This time is for you. ..just you, your journal, and the company of other women doing the same work.
Come as you are. Bring whatever's on your mind, or nothing at all. The page will meet you there.
Connect with a community of like-minded women and stay consistent with your practice.

Monthly Journaling Guides
Has the blank page of your journaling ever felt intimidating? So much so, that you don't know where to start?
I've put together a set of journaling prompts for each month built around a single theme. Written from my heart, in real time, these prompts inspire your journaling when staring at a blank page.
Write inside the guide, or bring your thoughts to your own journal. There's no wrong way to work through them, only your way.
You can grab a single guide when a theme speaks to you, or get the full library at onece and have all twelve on hand.
Gain clarity and insight to connect with your inner voice.
Barely a Whisper – A Poetry Memoir
Barely a Whisper: Poems from the Heart of a Woman Re-becoming is my personal memoir in poetry, reflecting the journey of turning the whispers of my inner voice into a roar and becoming the hero of my own story.
Through raw, vulnerable reflections, I explore themes of self-discovery, self-love, self-acceptance, and the strength within us all. If you're on your own journey of self-discovery, let this collection be a companion in your re-becoming.
What began as private journal entries became a #1 release in religious and spiritual poetry, still something I'm a little in awe of.
If you're in your own season of re-becoming, may these poems meet you there.
Coming September 2026: Barely a Whisper: A Companion Journaling Guide, built to help you rediscover and strengthen your own voice, with my poetry as the spark.

Workshops & Speaking Engagements
I teach hands-on journaling workshops, the kind where you leave with an actual practice, not just inspiration. And I give author talks: readings from Barely a Whisper, plus the story of how journaling helped me find my voice again.
If you're looking for either for your group or your event, let's talk.
Wherever You're Starting From...
